  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For Stir Fry:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. STEP 1: MARINATE THE STEAK AND SHRIMP – In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate steak and shrimp for 15-20 minutes.
  2. STEP 2: COOK THE STEAK – Heat oil in a skillet, cook steak for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
  3. STEP 3: COOK THE SHRIMP – Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink, then set aside.
  4. STEP 4: STIR FRY THE VEGETABLES – Sauté bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Add garlic and ginger.
  5. STEP 5: COMBINE AND SERVE – Return meat to skillet, toss with vegetables. Season and garnish before serving.
