  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken – In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken pieces, toss to coat, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook Chicken – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
