For Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

For Pizza:

  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, grated cucumber, salt, pepper, and oregano until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the Naan Base: Place naan bread on a baking sheet and lightly toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Pizza: Remove the naan from the oven and evenly spread a layer of tzatziki sauce over each piece.
  5. Bake & Serve: Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are warmed through. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
