Ingredients

Scale

Fruits

  • 3 cups frozen or fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries

Other Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients: Combine the watermelon, raspberries, cherries, lime juice, and agave syrup in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, ensuring all fruit pieces are well incorporated.
  2. Fill molds: Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  3. Freeze popsicles: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until solid.
  4. Remove popsicles: When ready to serve, let the popsicles soften for a few minutes at room temperature or run the molds under warm water briefly to loosen before removing.

Notes

  • Using frozen fruit helps achieve a thicker, frostier texture.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave depending on your taste and the natural sweetness of the fruit.
  • For an adult twist, add a splash of vodka or rum before freezing.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and insert wooden sticks.
  • Substitute lime juice with lemon juice if preferred.
