Watermelon Fries Recipe

Watermelon Fries:
- 1 Half of a Large Watermelon
Vanilla Yogurt Dip:
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Strawberries (stems and leaves removed)
- 1 TB Honey
- Cut the Watermelon: Cut the watermelon in half, and then slice into round discs that are about 1/2 inch thick.
- Slice into Fries: Cut across the middle of each disc, so you have two semi-circle shaped halves.
- Cut Watermelon into Fries: Use the crinkle cutter to cut out your watermelon fries, working from one side of each watermelon half to the other side.
- Remove Rind: Remove any excess rind and add to your compost.
- Prepare Yogurt Dip: Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend: Blend on low until smooth.
- Sweeten Dip: Add more honey as needed for desired sweetness.
Notes
- For a fun presentation, serve the watermelon fries in a french fry cone or cup.
- Experiment with different fruit dips like a coconut or mint yogurt dip.
