Noodles:

  • 80 grams dried sweet potato noodles, or your noodle of choice

Sauce:

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese

Garnish:

  • toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
  • sliced green onions, to garnish
  • steamed broccoli (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix garlic, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and fish sauce.
