Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Mix Wet with Dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
  5. Prepare Nut Mixture: Combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves in a small bowl.
  6. Combine Batter: Gently fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter.
  7. Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
